Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Size exchanges are available within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
Prepaid order refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
COD order refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI after the return is approved.
Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product).
Products that are used, washed, altered, or purchased during clearance/special sale are not eligible for return or refund.
